Apr. 8/2006: The opening day of our Mural Project coincided with the opening, at La Galeruche, for the Porcupine Art Club's painting show.

  The Mural

This mural, of Dalton's Livery Stable on 3rd Ave., will be painted completely by the general public.  There will be 2 others murals started this spring.  One for children to paint and one painted by artists in the PAC.

Mural Day at the Timmins Public Library

Help from the public.

Local news takes an interest in the mural project.

Progress is made on the first colours.

The beginning of the mural that local children are painting.  The mural is an image of the skating oval on Gilles lake.
